I purchased your Dercos anti-dandruff treatment shampoo yesterday from London Drugs in Vancouver. This is the stuff in a white bottle with a green label. I really don't understand how you are supposed to use the "pump" at the top of the bottle. This is in 3 parts, the bottom is a normal "cap," above this is a thing like a "collar" which prevents you from pushing down the pump, and the top is this thing that looks like a bird's beak which is the actual pump. There are no instructions about how you are supposed to use all this. It's totally stupid. I finally figured out to take off the "collar," but then is the pump at the top of supposed to pop up or what? I can't push it up or down. I don't want to use too much force on this thing, this shampoo is VERY EXPENSIVE and I don't want to break the bottle. I've tried turning the "beak" part of the pump, you can rotate this 360 degrees. There is some "writing" on the top of this beak which suggests you have to turn it right or left. I really don't get it. To use some shampoo I took the whole top off and just poured some shampoo into my hand.
(Soon after sending this complaint, I was able to figure out how to use the pump myself; it was not easy.)
